How to place an order?

Order at Mary & Martha website (maryandmartha.ph), or contact us at 09178611059, or through our social media channels @maryandmarthaph.

Website Orders are capped at Php15,000 per single transaction. For orders exceeding Php15,000, please contact us at 09178611059 or email us at info@caravanfgi.ph.

What is the lead time for orders?

Orders need at least 1-day lead time. 

Cut-off time:  1:00 PM for Party Trays. 

Orders made past the cut-off times are considered as next day orders. 

Delivery time schedule is between 10 AM to 6 PM. Delivery Time slots are  10am-12nn, 12nn-2pm, 2pm-4pm and 4pm-6 pm. 

For Holidays and Peak seasons, order lead time is 3 days.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept PayPal, Debit/Credit/Gcash, BPI, and BDO bank transfers.

Payment must be made upon ordering through our website. . Please note payments need to be verified  on our accounts before food is released.

Can I use PWD or Senior discount?

Please message us on Facebook or Instagram (@maryandmarthaph) to avail discounts.

When will my products arrive?

Products are shipped on the requested day of the customer.  You may choose your delivery date and time upon ordering.

How much is the delivery fee?

We offer FREE DELIVERY within Metro Manila for a minimum order of Php 5,000.00 in a single transaction.

Do you deliver outside of Metro Manila? 

We only deliver within Metro Manila and select cities in Rizal (e.g. Antipolo, Taytay and Cainta).

What if I receive the wrong product?

Check your receipt and contact us via email at info@caravanfgi.ph, or  message us on Facebook or Instagram (@maryandmarthaph)

When can I expect an email response? 

Our office hours are 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday.

Kindly expect a reply within 24 hours.

What are the product expiration dates? 

Gourmet Party trays should be consumed immediately to enjoy our products fresh.

Are your products safe for allergies? 

Allergen info is in the product description. Email us for specific concerns.

Returns and refunds:

Email us for assistance. Perishable items cannot be returned.

Can you provide O.R.?

Yes, we provide Official Receipts. You may place your preferred O.R. details on the "Special Requests"  portion upon check out.

What is recommended food consumption time?

Recommended food consumption is within immediately from the time of receipt. If food will be consumed at a later time, it should be refrigerated to avoid spoilage.

What food trays do you use and what are the sizes?

We use 2 kinds of trays:

1. [15-20PAX] White Plastic microwavable trays

2. [5PAX] Black Plastic microwavable trays

Can I still change details in my Order Form after it is submitted?

We hope that details submitted upon placing an order are complete and final, but if circumstances require last minute changes, you may contact us on our social media accounts @maryandmarthaph or contact us at 09178611059 to update your information.

Do you have a minimum order?

No minimum order. (*subject to change on Holidays and Peak seasons.)

Can I order food not on the menu?

You may contact us on our social media accounts @maryandmarthaph or contact us at 09178611059 to check availability of requested food.

Can I refund an order that has already been paid?

Unfortunately refunds are not allowed once orders have been paid, but you may save the fund for a later date with no expiry.

We are currently accommodating catering services: Kindly send us the following information via Instagram / Facebook at  @maryandmarthaph or contact us at 09178611059.

Would you allow Pick-up transactions and where is the pick up location?

We will be the one to process the delivery for your convenience.

When you order products from Mary & Martha you can be assured we will deliver your order with the utmost care. We use only the best shipping processes to deliver products that are fresh and simply excellent right to your door. Please check the information below to review our delivery policies. Please check all the addresses carefully. Mary & Martha guarantees delivery only to the addresses that we are provided with. If we are unable to deliver your item, we will return your order to the vicinity it came from. Since our items are perishable we cannot resend returned items. Your order will immediately be canceled without a refund.
